Diana Mills

Diana enjoys her role as a retirement coach for Rethink Retirement where she specialises in working with her clients to identify, plan and create their ideal retirement.

Diana collaborates with boutique financial planning firms who also value non-financial retirement planning as a core component of their proposition. She also draws on strong associations when required and has developed a network of counsellors, psychologists and relevant service providers for specific referrals.

Diana has worked as a lawyer in Sydney, London and Hong Kong before establishing a legal recruitment business, Legalease Consulting. For 10 years, she helped people with the challenges of changing jobs and careers – matching their aspirations and skills with the right culture and role.

Diana is a Certified Retirement Coach and has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Jayne Gerrie

Jayne delivers professional marketing and communication services to Rethink Retirement. Her aim is to work closely with Diana to ensure clients receive outstanding service levels and outcomes through the ongoing development of the company’s tailored programmes and strategic tools.

Jayne is also responsible for Rethink Retirement’s brand development, client value proposition development, website, collateral, events and public relations.

Previously, Jayne worked as a senior investor relations, marketing and communications executive in a corporate listed environment for over 20 years. More recently, she has worked as a consultant delivering professional marketing and communication services to small companies.
